The author analyses problem of modernization of education in the context of innovations’ integration. Peculiarities of tuition and upbringing as a factor of socialization of a person, as well as means of formation of new sociocultural reality are considered. Conditions of innovative development as one of ways of renovation of social relations system are defined.
