Could pre-higher education pave the way for Russia into the Bologna process. Part one. Specialist of the future is the person of culture

Examined are conceptual- and methodological problems of pre-higher education in Russia under conditions of the Bologna process. Some difficulties of Russian final-year scholars in international educational space are also outlined. The authors are drawn attention to the role of culturologic aspect of the named process.
