Considered are organizational and content peculiarities of mathematical disciplines for choice within the framework of conception of formation of individual trajectories of fundamental training of teacher in mathematics under conditions of variant education, practical realization of which provides effective individual fundamental training of students of mathematical departments of pedagogical universities, as well as continuous formation of their professional competence.
