Interethnic tolerance and positive ethnic identity as conditions for successful adaptation of migrants to new sociocultural environment

Problems of preparation of migrants to adaptation in new social environment, as well as their acceptance by natives on the basis of development in both of them ethnic tolerance are examined. Also results of the author’s research in studyng of level of ethnic tolerance and of types of ethnic identity of respondents in two subjects of the RF are given.
