Peculiarities of students’ self-realization in educational space of university

Described are some results of a study in phenomena of students’ self-realization in the process of training in institution of higher education. Disclosed are basic components of self-realization, as well as their measurement data in students from various universities. Shown are actual problems of students’ personal development and the role of university in their solution.
