Role of educational establishments in personal needs’ government regulation mechanism

Examined are personal needs’ government regulation mechanism, as well as role of educational establishments in the named mechanism. Comparative analysis of educational institutions in the Ukraine and Russian Federation is presented. Also forms and methods of personal needs regulation through educational establishments are defined.
