Empirical analysis for Russian employees’ motivation to engage in professional education

 

 

 

Results of econometric analysis for actual as well as planned participation of Russian employees in professional education programs are presented. Estimates provide comparative charasteristics of motivation to invest in advanced training in various branches of national economy.
