On adaptive professiogenesis of teaching staff

Analyzed is the problem of social, mental and somatic health of university lecturers, as an important condition determining educational process’s quality. Methodological issues of lecturers’ professionalization were examined, including synergetic approach. Also phychological determinants of professional deformation of university lecturers are separated.
