Analyzed is process of learning in a high school during implementation both on project and realization levels. Some problems in optimization of training volume content, as well as ratio of elective and compulsory parts in FSES HPE realization are identified. Also “sick” points in learning process connected with main subjects of education, i.e. students and lecturers, are revealed.
