Lecturer in a high school as an organizer of creative self-development of a student

 

Analyzed are requirements for creative training of future lecturer in a high school, as well as peculiarities of coming into being of scientific and pedagogical personel of high technical school examined. Perspectives of using Olympiad movement in the process of training a high school’s lecturer are also elaborated.
