Phenomenon of deviant behavior in universities of Central federal district and North West federal district is analyzed. The object of examination are representatives of former professors and lecturers staff from a number of high schools, who were convinced for various crimes since 1991. As a result of the research, scale, specificity and dynamics in demonstration of deviant behavior in high schools are elaborated.
