Value model of human development in artistic and aesthetic education

Possibilities of artistic and aesthetic education in solving of the problem of development of human potential, i.e. forming in future specialists value orientation and creative abilities, proposed post-nonclassical artistic world picture, are analyzed. Shown is their interconnections, as well as elaborated are those values, that enrich inter-subject communication and self-actualization in need of civic society in the epoch of multi-culturalism, i.e. values of personality, sense of freedom and creative ability.

Key words: human potential, artistic and aesthetic education, post-nonclassical values, creative abilities, self-determination.
