Possibilities of artistic and aesthetic education in solving of the problem of development of human potential, i.e. forming in future specialists value orientation and creative abilities, proposed post-nonclassical artistic world picture, are analyzed. Shown is their interconnections, as well as elaborated are those values, that enrich inter-subject communication and self-actualization in need of civic society in the epoch of multi-culturalism, i.e. values of personality, sense of freedom and creative ability.
