Formation of ecological consciousness of population by means of forest preservation propaganda

Examined is the problem of formation of ecological consciousness of population. The process of introducing of components of ecological propaganda ought to be based not only on sociological, but also on psychological scientific and methodological researches, affecting perception, memory and thinking of a person. The conclusion is that there is a necessity for organizing of regional state centres for ecological education.

Key words: ecological consciousness, ecological forest preservation propaganda, ecological culture, values, perception, memory, thinking, emagination, emotions.
