To the problem of evaluation of effectiveness of university staff’s member

Analyzed are basic functions of both self-evaluation and evaluation of a lecturer in high school. Discussed are problems, arising in the process of organization of self-evaluation by initiative of administration of high school under conditions of non-legimitacy and gap in normative documents of clearly formulated requisitions to a high school’s lecturer, as well as mistrust to good intentions of high school’s administration. Revealed is complexity of standard’s choise for adequate self-evaluation and evaluation.
