Influence of organizational structure of effectiveness of team

Analyzed is influence of organizational structure of sport team on it’s effectiveness. Conclusion is made, that appropriate experience in sport might be carried over other team spheres of activity, incl. business, with selection for each team of structure, adequate for concrete situation.
