Examined are problems of formation of professional specialization of future physician in the process of educating in medical high school. Shown is necessity of forming of professional competences, professional skills, reflexive position, independence, readiness for self-training and self-educating, and readiness to realization of professional activity with using of intellectual and practical potential, acquired in high school.
