This article analyzes the reforms and changes implemented in the postgraduate education system in Uzbekistan during the period 2017–2021. This section presents the implementation of goals and objectives in the education system, statistical indicators, and the transformations carried out within the priority areas for the development of the social sector under the fourth direction of the Action Strategy. It also covers the normative-legal documents adopted in this field during the specified period, the execution of state programs, indicators of the scientific potential of higher education institutions and research institutes, and their statistical analysis.
