The article presents the results of monitoring the motor fitness of students with disabilities within the framework of the analysis of the most effective health-saving technologies by means of physical education and identify promising forms of inclusive education. Information is provided on the beneficial effect of preparation and participation in the Abilympics championship on the level of physical fitness and the motivational component of the educational process of students with disabilities. The main directions for increasing the effectiveness of motor activity of this category of students are determined. The need for modernization of the educational process is revealed and measures are recommended to change the plan of physical education and health events in university physical education.
