In the objective world, the activities of humans and animals are similar - instinctive, or instrumental, mastery of actions and methods of activity. However, a person masters socio-historical methods of activity that were created and belong not to him, but to previous generations of people, and are located in the external world in relation to the human brain and personality. Human cognition is accomplished through a special cognitive category “experience of activity.” Subsequent generations of people must appropriate types of experience of various activities during their lifetime in an active analytical-cognitive process that reveals the conceptual basis and conceptual foundations of the subjective world of images of the objective reality of consciousness. Thanks to the active awareness of the subjective world of cognitive images of objective reality, the true world of natural science is revealed to a person, and not a statically fixed scientific scheme (picture) of the world. A living, developing understanding of the world around us requires the training of highly qualified elite personnel who are ready and able to solve pressing scientific and social problems of society, the formation of the scientific potential of human capital, and the strengthening of the country’s national sovereignty.

Keywords: subjective world of existence in human consciousness, manifestation of conceptual principles and cognitive models of natural science in the world of consciousness
