The article analyzes current trends in education, focusing on the importance of integrating digital technologies and new pedagogical approaches. The author examines in detail multimodal pedagogy, continuous learning, gamification, as well as the impact of globalization and individualization on the educational process. Special attention is paid to the humanization and informatization of education as key factors contributing to the creation of an adaptive and inclusive learning environment. The article provides an overview of current trends and expected changes in the educational sphere, based on current research and analytical data, and highlights the need to train specialists of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia to the rapidly changing conditions of the modern world. The author focuses on the importance of educational innovations for the development of competencies needed in the digital age, and emphasizes the role of education in shaping a sustainable future.
