Continuous professional education as key factor of improvement of educational system

Researched is important component of continuous education, i.e. continuous professional education, whose tasks undergo changes under conditions of new generations FGOS of new generations, their subordination to requirements of professionsl standards. In the article are being discussed features of continuous professional education system in Russia, that are key factor in improving all parts of professional education system, as one of necessary conditions for economic stability. Various approaches to practical implementation of continuous professional education programs under new conditions are being analyzed, that require updating the mechanisms of their continuity and conjugation as components of ascending educational trajectories.
