Accession opportunities of human capital of students by means of higher education

Presented is the analysis of accession of  human capital of students by means of higher education. The article considers quality in higher education, methods of evaluation of criteria and indicators of individual human capital of student. Described is the author’s electronic test program “Data base — Individual human capital of student” as to determination of individual human capital of student. Based on test data of selection of relevant criteria and modules, obtained by results of test program and calculations, we can create an individual trajectory of human capital of higher school students, that in the future will create favorable conditions for obtaining by students necessary production or management skills.
