Interactive technologies of self-developing education

Defined more precisely are categories of self-developing education, personality of pedagogue and students. Also principles of openness, interactivity, dialogs, freedom of choice and self-realization, promoting productive work of self-developing education are revealed. Described and summarized are results of research of presented project under conditions of higher education, during which elaborated effective conditions for it’s realization, i.e. orientation goal to sels-development of personality of pedagogues and students, use of interactive technologies, stimulation and support of own thoughts and meanings of students in studying knowledge, analysis and reflection of degree of influence of self-development of pedagogues and students on self-development of the whole pedagogical process.
