Synergetic approach to analysis of innovative processes in development of creative high school

Presented is the analysis of dynamic processes of culture at late 20th and early 21st centuries. In that process synergetic approach is presented as one of ways of analytical discourse on issues of cultural dynamics. Dynamic processes in culture allow to investigate cultural changes, that enable to find regularities in trajectory of culture, understand it’s meanings and apply them with orientation to future development. Results of the analysis of dynamic processes from positions of synergistic approach, opens possibility to predict both state and needs of the sphere of culture, resulting in building of management mechanisms at institutions of culture in order to achieve efficiency and strengthen of competitiveness. As examples, illustrating practical use of theoretical conclusions, is being used experience of Belgorod state university of arts and culture.
