Scientific technological valley “Issyk Kul” in Kyrgyzstan

Shown is communication of modern economic growth with scientific and technical progress and development. Analyzed are scientific and technological clusters, operating worldwide. Legislative actions and projects of the Russian Federation on development of national scientific and technical parks and clusters, promoting development of it’s knowledge-intensive branches, are described. Formation of the first scientific and technical valley “Vorobyovy Gory” at Lomonosov Moscow State University are shown. Conditions and opportunities, as well as social, economic and technological prospects of creation of scientific and technological valley “Issyk Kul” of Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic university in Kyrgyzstan are elaborated.
