Researched is the theme of language purism in national language of Russia. Presented is diachronic analysis of linguistic interaction, result of which is becoming the phenomena of language purism. Elaborated are reasons and mechanism of assimilation (rejection) foreign lexicology in Russian and foreign (German) languages. Given is evaluation of both positive and negative influence of language purism on modern state of language. The author’s conclusion is made about possible ways of development of language policy in the Russian Federation.
