Presented is the analysis of authors’ experience in experimental training of reading foreign literature on the specialty of medical students. Solving organizational issues of training in reading, the authors proceed from the fact, that the process of training consists of purposeful interconnection and interaction of such components, as purpose, content and means of instruction, determining and directing the entire learning process. Conclusion is made, that practical solution of these issues is carried on the basis of thematic planning, that in advance provides necessary conditions for successful organization and conduction of learning process in the system of training lessons.
