Conceptual bases of integrated management of educational activity at high school

Discussed are issues of conceptual justification of application of integrated management in educational organizations of higher education. As elements of the management system, integration of which is considered within the framework of proposed concept, process, design and functional approaches to management of educational activities, are singled out, and the need for their application in the university follows the structure and logic of organization of higher education under modern conditions. Shown is, that integration of certain elements of the higher education management system at the level of educational organization is ensured by the quality of education, assessed on the basis of methodology of balanced system of indicators. The concept, proposed by the author, suggests that development, implementation and improvement of higher educational programs should be carried out on the basis of integrated management system, using unified quality assessment system.
