Examined are possibilities of individual educational route in improving the quality of students’ training. Revealed is content of psychological and pedagogical support for students as subjects of educational activity. Defined are principal characteristics of individual educational route of student and curator’s functional. Presented are basic results of study of students’ audience in order to identify preferences in forms of breeding work of curators at high school by examples of Altai state pedagogical university and Altai state agrarian university. Also revealed are organizational and pedagogical conditions, implementation of which might significantly increase efficiency of realization of individual educational route in university.
