Researched is the theme of professional health of specialists as objective indicator of effectiveness and quality of education and health improvement of students in the process of training during reorganization of university. Presented is practical experience of sub-faculty of physical culture and sport at National research MGSU. Academic discipline “Physical training” is the only discipline of mandatory humanities and social-economic disciplines in high school, which solving complex problems theoretically and practically. i.e. strengthening of health of students, development of psycho-physical, functional and special qualities, required in professional activities, such as the duration of their training labor, and in particular sphere of production, serving time in the army, and in creation of healthy family, etc.
