Projecting of programs of additional professional education in accordance with competence marketing approach

Researched is the theme of projecting of programs of additional professional education in accordance with competence marketing approach. The author conducted analysis of research works on projecting of educational programs in the system of additional professional education under conditions of competence approach. On the basis of synthesis of researches, defined is specific of the named process, examined and generalized is advanced foreign and national experience of projecting educational programs in the system of additional professional education, on the basis of which for the first time in pedagogical science introduced is the category of «competence marketing approach». According with this approach, the author identified seven principles of designing programs of additional professional education, in particular programs of professional retraining.
