Influence of foreign experience on development of additional education at Emperor Kazan University

Presented is research in the theme of history of development of education in Russian empire at the end of 19th up to the beginning of 20th centuries, using as concrete example development of such in Kazan province. In examining of the theme are being used unique archival documents from the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th centuries, on the basis of analysis of which the authors elaborated important forms of formation and development of additional education in Emperor Kazan University, one of leading institute of higher education in Russian empire. Also analyzed is influence of foreign experience on academic mobility of Russian scientists. Besides, presented is analysis of activity of Pedagogical society by Emperor Kazan University, which is being examining by the authors as form of realization of pan-European tendency of development of university education in Russia.
