Analyzed are problems of organization of educational process and social adaptation of students with disabilities under conditions of implementation of inclusive approach in VPO. The subject of analysis is possibility of practical realization of rights of people with disabilities quality vocational education and specialization demanded by labor market. Methodological basis of studying the process of professional training of people with disabilities is the use of system-active, motivational and personally oriented approaches. Results of the research consist in the fact, that the author analyzed practical experience of participation of students with disabilities in the project of “Development and testing of the model of educational training center for students with disabilities”, initiated by Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University.
