System of distant agricultural education

Presented is analysis of the system for distant postal tuition education, i.e/ innovative component of informational national economy. Noted is, that in Russia and in the world has been actively developing the process of formation of informational economy as multiple complex phenomenon, associated with changes in the system of production forces and social relations. Also in frames of analyzing theme given is detailed characteristic of agrarian postal tuition education and the system of distant education, realizing at Russian state agrarian postal tuition university. Using concrete examples of educational process, described are basic components of the named system.
