Individualization of professional formation of officers graduates in modern conditions

Examined is the problem of individualization of professional formation of officers graduates in the process of ackmeological support. Solvation of the named problem allows to provide formation of readiness of officers graduates to independent, responsible and efficient professional activity by means of coordination of content, technologies and direction of training orientation both at high school and in military unit. Conclusion is made, that results of ackmeological support of professional formation of officers graduates side by side with raising of average mark during state attestation in military unit is characterized by raising of the level of personal maturity and readiness of young officers for solving of professional tasks, as well as high subjective evaluation of own possibilities as to further increase of professionalism.
