Structural model of leadership qualities of an organizational leader

Scientific analysis of leadership qualities of an organizational leader made in the article. Analyzed various enumerations of leadership qualities described in scientific literature by researchers: W. Bennis, B. Nanus, M. Rozhkov, A. Urbanovich, etc. On this basis generalized structural model of leadership qualities of an organizational leader is presented.
