The author examines small training group of students (1st and 2nd years) as an example of open social and pedagogical system, that actively exchanges energy and information with other social groups as well as with society as a whole. The high school professor’s aim is to accumulate young peoples’ energy, canalizing it into socially valuable and professionally significant projects via one’s individuality self-realization.
