The author examines small training group of students (1^st and 2^nd years) as an example of open social and pedagogical system, that actively exchanges energy and information with other social groups as well as with society as a whole. The high school professor’s aim is to accumulate young peoples’ energy, canalizing it into socially valuable and professionally significant projects via one’s individuality self-realization.
