Key competence in field of the Law, i.e. essence of psychological structure of legal competence as subject of activity in dynamic social and professional conditions of educational space, is revealed. It provides high level of legal competence that manifests itself not only in law-abiding behavior, but also in ability of the Person to active, creative action in implementation of law, as well as in the sphere of legal regulation.
