Reflections on the problem of public speech conception

 

 

After studying military rhetoric works, the author suggests that the public speech phenomenon should exist in strong dialectical interrelation with the phenomenon of public conscience. Main types of public speech pathos are formulated in the article. The author makes the conclusion that the right choice of public speech pathos influences on successful development of Society and State.
