The author’s competency conception of partnership for educational process is presented, as well as principal competences that must be formed in students to attain high level of partnership cooperation analyzed. Also principal competences as well as methodology for their breeding by students by involving them in partnership process are detailed. The author acquaints with the meaning of “self-oriented competency”, describing it’s role and place in the educational process in a high school.
