Analyzed is the process of musical creation considered from ontopsychological point of view, and also from perspective of it’s potential and significance for modern human being. Facilities of innovative system of musical education, represented an alternative to traditional musical training, as optimal environment for student’s personal realization, formation of leader’s features, as well as self-regulation skills and adaptation in modern society’s complicated conditions are also investigated.
