Person of mentor as a condition of professional- and personal becoming of social service’s specialist

The article identifies key characteristics of mentor’s person, i.e. his basic and in-strumental competences. Particular attention is paid to justification
of how the style of mentoring has an impact on success of professional and personal becom-ing of a social service’s specialist.
