Higher professional education under conditions of irreversible globalization process

On the basis analysis of such important components of globalization process in higher professional education as accession of Russia to the Bologna process and the WTO, the author makes a conclusion that implementation of new educational ideas in globalizing world depends directly on institutional factors and facilities of the State and society.
