State policy in the sphere of religion in Republic of Kazakhstan. Pribciples and reality

Examined are principal methods of control and repression in implementation of policy in the sphere of religion by state authorities in Republic of Kazakhstan. Some peculiarities of legislative initiatives in the sphere of freedom of worship and activity of religious organizations are disclosed.
