Conditions and forms in development of professionalism of military leaders

Analyzed are the most demanded professionally weighty qualities, as well as conditions and forms in development of military cadres of tactical, operational and higher levels commanders in the RF’s MF, that should be taken into account in the process of personnel work, military education, commanding officers’ and professionally functional training.
