On interrelation of universal and specialized education

                   Two kinds of education, i.e. universal and specialized are examined. Stated is that universal education develops abilities, providing harmonious creative activity of a person under condition of uncertain future. Specialized education is considered as basis for mass training of people for successful activity under conditions of relative predictability of future. Specificity of values and senses, being realized in the content of education, is also defined.
                   Key words: universal education, specialized education, social philosophy, debatable approach, uncertainty, culture, future.
