Problem of developing and bettering of foreign communicative competence among students of non-linguistic specialities is raised. The author, based on own experience in teaching English language in higher educational institutions, underlines main aspects of the forming process of speaking skills, and presents some methodical devicesfor training, practically experienced, that might to activise communicative ability of students while studying English.
