Identification of launch measures for stimulation of publication activity at country level by means of STIMAGO platform

 Analysis in Compare operator of STIMAGO platform, used to identify of launch large-scale measures to stimulate publication activity at country level is presented. Demonstrated is that in the graphs of dynamics of publication activity rapid elevations identified years of launching of such measures. The hypothesis was tested on such countries, as Turkey, Iran, China, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. Besides, in the context of approbation of this hypothesis all leading Islamic countries were also tested.
