The article examines the role of the electronic information-educational environment (EIOS) in training personnel for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) amid digital transformation. It analyzes gaps in the digitalization of educational processes in agricultural universities, identifies key barriers to ICT competence among faculty and students, formulates a multilevel conceptual model of industry-specific EIOS with a phased implementation algorithm, and proposes measures for integrating AI, IoT, and Big Data into FSES VO 3++ educational programs to ensure the preparation of 500,000 specialists by 2030.

Keywords: electronic information-educational environment, EIOS, digital transformation of AIC, agricultural education, digital competencies, FSES VO 3++, precision agriculture, AI in agronomy, IoT in agriculture, personnel provision for AIC
