Formation and development of soft skills among graduates of pedagogical specialties (on the example of educational organizations in the South-East of the Moscow region)

The article examines the role and importance of the formation of soft skills among students of pedagogical specialties of the university. The ‘growth points’ for the graduates in question are determined. The results of a survey conducted between 2020 and 2024 among employers — heads of educational institutions in the Moscow Region — and their assessments of the professionalism of young teachers are analyzed.
